How does it all come together?

Consultation

We pride ourselves on providing our clients with a very personalized experience when trying to decide how we can help you boost your brand.
Free in person, zoom or phone consultations are available…whatever works best for you!
We generally have a two week turnaround from the date that the order is placed and paid for.

If you are supplying your own artwork, it should be in a vector format.
- Created in such programs as Adobe’s Illustrator, Corel Draw, or free, and open source, Inkscape.
- Files ending in .ai, .eps, .pdf, or .svg.
- We can also accept artwork in a raster format, files ending in .jpg, .png, .tif, or .gif. , at the actual size of the print, no less than 300dpi
- If your artwork needs to be altered or adapted for printing, we are happy to help with that, a $40/hr graphic design fee may apply.
If you need help in designing your artwork, we would love to help you realize your vision!
- Graphic design fees are $40/hr

We will check inventory with our vendors, run the numbers and provide you with an estimate based on what we talked about during our consultation.

Once you are happy with your estimate, we will send over an invoice. Once that invoice has been paid, we can start on your project!

Once we receive your payment, we will place your order with our vendors.
Supply chain issues can greatly affect shipping times. If you are in a time crunch for your project, please keep this in mind!

We will create a mock-up with your design and chosen garment/textile.
You will receive this mock-up by email for a final approval before we can start printing.

Once we receive your order from our vendor and you give approval on your final mock-ups…we can begin printing!
Again, we generally have a two week turnaround time from the date that the order was placed.
